The back yard features a trampoline, ping-pong table, seating areas, hammocks, and a barbecue station, as well as a large, well-maintained inground swimming pool measuring 8.7 x 3.7 meters and 1.5 meters deep, which is fenced. The front yard has a wooden swing and swings for children. There is a roof terrace on the third floor with an amazing panoramic view, including large umbrellas and lounge chairs. There are 4 more bedrooms on the entrance level and 6 bedrooms on the second floor, for a total of 11 bedrooms, with 9 of the rooms having an en-suite toilet and bath inside the room. Bed capacity in the rooms is up to 45 beds and 8 cribs, including linens and towels. The furniture in all rooms is identical. Beds can be separated. The villa is used for hosting only.
