Tarshish Villa in Har Shmuel is the perfect location for a relaxed Jerusalem vacation for those who love to vacation in the vibrant capital city but prefer the serene Jerusalem atmosphere and the clear mountain air. The luxurious and elegant guest villa is designed with clean and modern lines and has 4 floors. There are 2 floors of bedrooms, allowing families to be together while providing privacy for each family on a separate floor, with each floor having a balcony facing the view. There is also a sitting area between the rooms for reading or laying out additional mattresses for children. The villa contains five bedrooms, with one room also offering a master suite with a shower and jacuzzi for the guests' comfort. For every 2 rooms, there is a bathroom and shower or bathtub. The central floor has a living room and kitchen of 80 square meters. On the lower floor is a luxurious spa floor designed in calming desert tones. This floor includes a heated pool measuring 3.5 by 4.5 meters with a depth of 1.2 meters, featuring built-in benches for relaxing in the water, as well as a jacuzzi and sauna. There is also an air hockey table. The spa floor is located inside the house with a lockable door for maximum safety and privacy. Some of the rooms have stunning balconies overlooking the Jerusalem mountains and the city center. The villa can accommodate up to 20 guests, with six of them on additional mattresses and beds. In the villa's living room, there is a dining table suitable for 22 diners, and the villa's kitchen is equipped for stays during Shabbat and holidays with a water urn and hot plates for warming food. The villa's yard is designed with a refreshing garden surrounding the entire complex alongside clean and well-maintained lawns. The yard also features trampolines, swings, and hammocks facing the view, as well as a ping pong table. The guest complex is located near Hasidic, Sephardic, and Lithuanian synagogues and a mikveh. It is in a very sought-after neighborhood for hosting. In the area, there are shopping and entertainment complexes, the Ramot Mall which includes restaurants of all types with excellent kosher certifications, and leading clothing and footwear stores. The villa is a short drive from the Jerusalem nerve center, which offers the Machane Yehuda market, the Old City, the Western Wall, and the vibrant Geula neighborhood, along with all the sites that Jerusalem has to offer tourists.
