Our five-room villa has four spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms, three toilets, and two bathrooms. The living room is huge and spacious, and the kitchen is separate and large.
There is a paved front yard of about 50 square meters featuring a high-quality ping pong table that will keep your entire family entertained. And an unpaved backyard of about 150 to 200 square meters, mostly covered with artificial turf and featuring trees in the center that contribute to the pastoral atmosphere. The yard includes a huge trampoline with a diameter of 3 meters or more, a luxurious swing, a seating bench, a BBQ area, a huge indoor adult pool that is hermetically sealed and adapted for the God-fearing public, a water trampoline for children during the summer months, and bicycles and ride-on toys for the children.
The villa has 12 large and comfortable beds from "Comfort" and one room with a master suite including a bathtub and a comfortable, beautiful, and pampering kosher bed [beyond that, they are mattresses].
The villa is located in the center of the settlement within a short walking distance to the synagogue, mikvah, and grocery store.
There is an option for kosher electricity on Shabbat, including air conditioners.
