Tsova Winery was established in 2005 as an estate winery based on grapes from the vineyards of Kibbutz Tsova, which have been planted since 1996. The vineyards, from 10 different varieties, extend on terra rosa soil, among rocks, winepresses and ancient terraces. The fine wines derive their quality from the experience of the winegrowers and the love of those who make wine. The winery terrace is open for wine tasting and the purchase of wines for groups and individuals. The wines are strictly kosher under the supervision of the Rabbinate of the Mateh Yehuda Council and International Kosher OK
